Our Team

 Jack Duncan has over 40 years in the office machine service industry starting as a Service Technician, then Service Manager, Director of Service and finally Vice President of Service as well as serving several years as a Senior Regional Technical Manager for Ricoh and consultant for Digital Gateway 

Our History

 Jack Duncan Consulting was started in 2004 with a goal of helping dealerships run a more profitable, successful business. We strive to bridge the gap between Service Technician and Service Manager through educational classes such as REACH Leadership Development Academy which have been developed using Jack's own experience "Where the Rubber Meets the Road" Over the past years, Jack has trained hundreds of service professionals in his Service Managers University and now REACH Leadership Development series. 

Our Mission

My Mission is to combine 40+ years of successful service and inventory management with a passion for teaching others in order to build a successful consulting practice.
